Terms & Conditions – Football Development Academy (FDA)

Effective Date: January 2026

By registering your child for FDA programmes, you agree to the following terms:

Membership

• Membership is monthly and rolling unless otherwise agreed

• Fees are £50 per month for standard academy sessions

• Limited group sizes ensure quality coaching

Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information and relevant medical details

• Players should arrive ready to train and follow coach instructions

• FDA reserves the right to suspend participation for unsafe or disruptive behaviour

Liability

• FDA takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but is not responsible for injuries sustained during training

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s health and ability to participate

Communication

• FDA may communicate via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding programme updates
