Refund Policy – Football Development Academy (FDA)

Membership Payments

• Membership fees are paid monthly in advance

• Payment confirms a player’s place in the programme

Refunds

• Fees are non-refundable once the month has started

• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons) at the discretion of FDA

• Sessions missed due to holidays, illness, or personal reasons cannot be refunded

Cancellation

• Parents/guardians may cancel membership with 30 days’ notice

• No partial refunds for incomplete months
